How Do I Get a Chlamydia Postal Testing Kit (PTK)?

Chlamydia is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections (STIs), but the good news is that it's easy to test for and easy to treat. If you've had unprotected sex, it's important to get tested for Chlamydia. You can do this by going to a clinic or supplying a urine sample using a Postal Testing Kit (PTK).
